When people say that the freedoms of Americans come from God, they mean that God granted the first “human right” by allowing people to decide whether or not they wished to become members of His family by seeking salvation. People who discover this salvation will learn that it is not just for Americans but helps in every situation, anywhere. The apostle Paul wrote:

[T]he [evil] god of this world hath blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn upon them. (2 Corinthians 4:4 – American Standard Version).

However,

Wherefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature: the old things are passed away; behold, they are become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17 – American Standard Version).

To become a “new creation,” and escape from the tyranny of the sinful system of this world, start by reading one of the Bible’s “good news” (Gospel) books: Matthew, Mark (recommended), Luke or John. Or watch the “Jesus film” on YouTube.
