Waterfall at Jump Creek Canyon, Idaho
In addition to caves, Jump Creek Canyon holds a secret: a waterfall. My uncle Irving did a good job of representing it in three photos. The waterfall is high enough and close enough to the trail that only an extreme wide angle lens could take in the entire scene in one frame. The contrast in lighting between the sunny desert and the shaded canyon was also a challenge for pre-digital photographic equipment.
