Janet Groene provides this recipe for a filling side dish that goes well with freshly-caught fish. Add cut-up weiners or luncheon meat for a one-dish meal.
2 cans whole potatoes, rinsed, drained and cut in quarters
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Stir all ingredients together except the paprika and place over low heat until hot. Do not allow to boil. Garnish with paprika.
